💖 Things I’ve learned when getting ready for special events:
Make the end transformation about how you’re going to FEEL versus how you’re going to look. Confident. Accomplished. Sexy. Healthy. Strong. That FEELING is wayyy deeper than surface level aesthetic.
Set REALISTIC goals for yourself. If you know you’re not going to workout everyday or cut gluten entirely, get real and set a goal or a boundary you know you can accomplish.
Schedule your workouts like you would schedule a meeting. You wouldn’t cancel a meeting on someone else. Keep your commitment to yourself.
Tune in to what your body is telling you. If you feel like shit after eating fast food and drinking soda, try something different. Find substitutes that are just as convenient and satisfying.
Try habit stacking! Need to drink more water? Fill up your water cup and set it next to your coffee station before you go to bed at night.
Make these choices a lifestyle.
Everyone is different, that’s what makes us all beautiful. If the examples I used don’t apply to you, feel free to swap out a different word.
