Flybarre is the BEST barre workout out there. It’s athletic and effective! I may be biased because I’m an instructor, but I’m also obsessed with the workout and truly believe in it. Here’s a few reasons why I love Flybarre so much:
1. It Changed My Body
Flybarre targets 3 muscle groups with an emphasis on core strength. The 3 muscle groups include upper body, thighs, and seat (your booty). You are constantly engaging your core even if you are working on a different muscle block. Within 2 weeks of taking 3 classes per week, I felt my body get tighter, my arms more defined, my legs lifted, and myself stand a little taller. Now I teach 8-10 classes per week, and try to take at least 3 Flybarre classes per week. Needless to say I’m hooked!
2. INCREDIBLE Culture
I LOVE being at Flywheel! Everyone from instructors, to clients, managers, and studio coordinators are amazing and motivating people. Everyone is happy and ready to help out, there’s hustle and bustle between class changes, music is playing, and everyone is there to feel great about themselves. My fellow instructors are incredible! They motivate you, encourage you, push you, and play some bomb music! I love taking class just as much as I love teaching it. My clients inspire me so much! I love when my pulsers tell me they can see results or they’re super sore from a class I taught the previous day. It makes me feel so good!
3. It's All About Endurance
FlyBarre is all about high repetition with small weights. Your goal is to exhaust the muscle completely before moving on to the next muscle. You pulse and squeeze your way through an entire song with an active release sprinkled in. 💪🏼
4. You FEEL Stronger
Seriously! I saw results after the first 2 weeks of taking Flybarre. Not only did I feel good, but I also felt strong. You don’t have to pick up a 15+ lb weight to feel strong! I feel the strongest I’ve ever been with a barre, 2 bands, a mini band, and 2-5lb weights!
5. Quick Workout
Flybarre can range from 45-60 minutes. The time FLIES by because you are constantly working a new muscle group! Each song brings a new variety of pulsing, squeezing, lifting and lowering, and more!
This month I have the honor of being recognized as an Instructor Spotlight at the Dupont Studio 💖 You can find this questionnaire located at the studio, but if you’re unable to make it in here’s a snapshot of it below!
