I'm so happy you're here! Whether you found me on Instagram, Google, Youtube, or from taking class in person, I want to welcome you! I'm your trainer Christie Horan. AKA your personal hype woman.
I’m an online fitness trainer, dancer, and choreographer based in Washington, DC. I create effective, energetic, and easy-to-follow home workouts for ambitious women. My genuine love for helping others, lifetime of dance team experience and training, and 4 years of leading group fitness, have shaped the way I coach. I’m passionate about leading by example and staying true to myself. I’ll make you sweat while making it fun. I’ll encourage you to challenge yourself, but listen to your body.
My mission is to inspire women through daily movement to feel confident, strong, and empowered so they can become the best version of themselves.
The current problem is most professionals are working from home right now, making it harder or not possible to workout in a group fitness setting. A lot of professional women are running into limited boundaries and blurry lines between a work/life balance. This is a struggle because ambitious women value self care and physical activity as a way to increase their happiness and performance in their careers and lives.
The almost certain future is that these women will lose their motivation and sense of purpose by not staying active or practicing self care.
I’m standing to help women feel uplifted, empowered, confident, and strong through challenging, high-energy, and diverse LIVE home workouts to give them a strong sense of self, to build time for themselves into their schedule, and to give back whole-heartedly to the rest of their lives. All are embraced in a community of like-minded women who support them, understand them, and stand with them.
The impact of this is happier, healthier, high-achieving women who feel loved, balanced, and fulfilled. Women who feel wonderful about themselves will make a greater impact in the community and world as a whole
